Katie is a member of BABTAC, the British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology, a professional body who ensure members are qualified, insured and work to a high professional practice standard.

Katie is also part of The BABTAC Collective, and is their expert on pregnancy massage. The BABTAC Collective is a group of industry experts that aim to share their knowledge within the industry and with consumers.

Through her work with BABTAC, Katie was asked to visit the Scottish Parliament in 2025. She was there to support BABTAC’s TIME initiative, which encourages consumers to make sure that the therapists they see are trained and with comprehensive insurance.
